Plan's for 2013

Well its been four weeks since Peanut was born and I'd like to think things are getting back to normal slightly. Lady P is back at school and enjoying her new topic of Kenya, while Little man has increased his sessions at preschool giving him more time to play with his friends and escape from me. 

Now we are back in the swing of things I feel I'm dealing quite well, I had images in my head of the children running around getting up to all sorts of trouble while I'm busy looking after Peanut. Things have been very calm and we have started off the school term with comments from both of the children's teachers saying that they are doing really well. I could not be prouder of them both and this year I plan to make sure this boost in their development continues to thrive. 

This year will be a big year for us with two business starting. Daddy has started an online supplement company which has been something he has wanted to do ever since he started training as a strongman. The company is doing well and hopefully will continue to grow this year. I on the other hand will not only be helping with the up keep of Chaos Protein but will be concentrating on starting up a gourmet cake company. My plan is to make Cherry Amour more than a home cake decorating business. Hoping to work with supplying tasty treats for PR companies for events and Gourmet sweet tables for weddings, I will be aiming towards opening a tea room and shop by next year!

The biggest thing for me this year is focusing on the children. The reason I started blogging originally was to encourage the family to spend more time crafting, baking and doing activities rather than watching TV. I want to go back to making this my focus for 2013. I feel this will really help the older ones at school and give peanut a good chance to bond with mummy. Family time has always been so important to us and this year I would like to make sure we make the most of every day, starting with a holiday. Seeing as we are strapped for cash now I'm not working I will be looking for a cheap break. I have noticed Butlins have some good offers and I have heard they are great value for February half term holidays so I may well book a nice little break very soon if daddy can get the time off.
