The biggest thing for me this year is focusing on the children. The reason I started blogging originally was to encourage the family to spend more time crafting, baking and doing activities rather than watching TV. I want to go back to making this my focus for 2013. I feel this will really help the older ones at school and give peanut a good chance to bond with mummy. Family time has always been so important to us and this year I would like to make sure we make the most of every day, starting with a holiday.
Of course now that Christmas has been and gone the TV adverts have changed from children's toys to holidays for this summer. The one which keeps getting my children running around the house after me is the Disney holidays. We have never been and its something I would love to take them to when Peanut is old enough to appreciate it. We love Disney in our house. Their favourite at the moment would have to be Brave. P got this film for Christmas and I think I have been made to cuddle up and watch it every day since.
I did have a sneaky peek on Travel City Direct to see what was available. The children certainly have me convinced I would love to go especially at Christmas time to see all the lovely decorations. We just need to work on daddy now. He loves his British holidays but I'm sure the puppy dog eyes from the children would help to brake him. However if we do go we will have to settle with the one in Paris as daddy refuses to fly.
Have you been to Disneyland? What did you think and what time of year do you think its best to go?
